Ed Eyeing First Team

Town youngster Ed Upson is eyeing a place in the Town first team before the end of the season, as well as success in the FA Youth Cup. Upson scored Town's winning goal in the 2005 FA Youth Cup final, aged just 15, now 18 Upson wants to be playing in the Town first team before the end of the season.

Upson: "Doing well in the FA Youth Cup is obviously high on my list of priorities, but my main target this season is to play in the first team.

"I am happy with my progress, but I would like to be closer than I am at the moment."

Town's youth side will face either Colchester United or Aston Villa in the next round of the cup if they beat Watford at Portman Road tonight.
