Town have confirmed they rejected an undisclosed bid from Hull City for striker Alan Lee. The 28-year-old striker has been linked with moves away from Portman Road through out the summer with Coventry, Preston and Hull all reported to have been interested in him and Hull have made their interest firm with a bid that has been rejected by Town
Town chairman David Sheepshanks: "Hull City made an offer for Alan and we told them we are not prepared to sell him. We want to keep Alan and that is the end of it as we see him as a valuable member of the team."
