Town manager Jim Magilton says he has not had a single bid for any one of his players and that Alan Lee is going nowhere this summer. Jim: "Alan made a massive contribution last season with his 17 goals, he has one year of his contract to run, and he is not going anywhere.

"I gain the impression that Alan knows this club is going somewhere - and he wants to be part of that."

Of course has stated every player has his price, adding: "It could mean that a wheel and deal could place us in a stronger position.

"But I stress that I have had no offers - not even one phone call - for any of my squad."
