Town’s made up for not scoring in 5 of the last 6 games by putting 5 past Hull City at the KC Stadium earlier tonight.

The home side took the lead after 22 minutes when Dean Windass was on hand to fire home the rebound from Stuart Elliott’s header.

 

Town pulled them selves level just two minutes later when Francis Jeffers got his first goal in Town colours after firing home from the centre of the penalty box.

 

Town took the lead on 41 minutes with Jaime Peters claiming the goal despite its deflection off Ricketts.

 

It was 3-1 soon after halftime when Alan Lee scored his 14^th goal of the season, Jason De Vos made it 4-1 with just under half an hour left to play with a simple tap in from 3 yards.

 

Haynes made it 5-1 with 8 minutes left to play, powering home from 12 yards, Dean Windass got a goal back for Hull two minutes later after Owen Garvan had fouled Jon Welsh in the box and conceded the penalty with Windass converted.
