STB brings you team news, manager previews, officials and betting odds ahead of Towns game against Chester City tomorrow (KO 3:00pm).

Chester could be with out defenders Ashley Westwood and Paul Linwood who both have hamstring injuries, midfielder Glenn Cronin and defender Rob Marsh-Evans are out as is Ryan Semple who has gone back to Lincoln after a loan spell, Striker Drewe Broughton is back from a loan at Boston but is cup tied.  

 

Chester manager Mark Wright: “We're lucky to be back in and we've got to take it with both hands. Whatever side we put out, we'll be having a real good go and we want our supporters to come along and enjoy the afternoon.

 

“We've got real selection problems because we've got people injured and ill. At this moment in time, we've got 12 or 13 players which is disappointing and pretty hard, but at the same time you've got to get on with it.

 

“You get these problems in football but this is the FA Cup - you've got to go out and enjoy it.”

 

Town have just on just one minor injury concern in the shape of Owen Garvan but they are with out Simon Walton and Jon Macken who have both returned to Charlton and Crystal Palace respectively.

 

Town squad: Barron, Brittain, Bruce, Casement, Clarke, De Vos, Garvan, Harding, Haynes, Lee, Legwinski, Naylor, Peters, Price, Richards, Roberts, Supple, Williams.

 

Town manager Jim Magilton: “Everyone's fit with the possible exception of Owen. We will have a look at him on Saturday but I'm not looking at resting anyone.

 

“We will go to Chester all guns blazing because it's important to build on last week's performance and win over Birmingham with another victory. Winning breeds confidence.

 

“Martin may come into my thinking. He has done well at Yeovil and looks fitter and ready to play after getting regular first-team football but I certainly won't be making big changes to the side.

 

“Chester have been given a lifeline in the competition and they will be looking to take advantage of that.

 

“They will relish the chance of causing an upset and we have to be prepared for a difficult game but it's definitely one that I expect us to win.”
