Foley Wants Consistency

Town coach Steve Foley is calling for Town’s players to put in more consistent performances.

Foley: “We have not been able to field a settled side because players have been inconsistent.

 

“They have done well for one or two games and then fell away.

 

“We will be working hard on the training ground to find the consistency we need from players to enable us to keep the team as settled as possible.

 

“It does not help when you are chopping and changing every week.

 

“Once the first goal went in on Tuesday you could see everybody getting edgy, and it changed the match after we had controlled the first half.”
