Town coach Steve Foley says he is optimistic about the future at Portman Road as all the players want to improve.
Foley who joined Town as a coach in the summer after being sacked by

“There is no easy route but we have set standards. The players all want to improve and they are asking questions and getting involved.
“If you train badly then you play badly, and what is taking place every day at our training ground is bound to bear fruit.
“I've been around long enough not to get down when the ball is rolling against you, and not to get carried away when you are on a good run.”
