STB brings you team news, manager previews, the officials and betting odds ahead of Towns game against Wolverhampton Wanderers tonight (KO 7:45pm).

Wolves manager Mick McCarthy is able to pick Seyi Olofinjana and Denes Rosa who both missed the season’s first game on Saturday and Matt Murray looks set to make his first home appearance for Wolves after lengthy injury lay off. Lewis Gobern will miss out while Gary Breen is going to face a fitness test.

Town have just Owen Garvan ruled out of the game as he continues to recovers from shingles, Jason De Vos is a small doubt with a knee problem.

 

Town manager Jim Magilton: “Jason doesn't like missing games and I'm sure if he is anywhere near fit enough he will be out there, Owen Garvan is still missing with the after-effects of shingles but other than that, we have a full squad and we're looking forward to the game.

 

“It's a lovely pitch at Molineux. I've always enjoyed playing there and we'll go there and get the ball down and look to pass the ball as well as we did in the first-half against Palace.

 

“I'm sure Wolves will look to do the same so it should be an entertaining game and it's one we are confident of winning.

 

"There were many positives to take from Saturday's game and we have to build on them while cutting out the mistakes that cost us the two goals.”

 

“Wolves have lost a lot of players in the summer and Mick's having to build a new side, he's signed Jamie Clapham, who we were interested in. Jamie had an opportunity to come back here during pre-season but he chose Wolves, which he is fully entitled to.

 

“It will be nice to see him again - and even better if we pick up the three points!”
