Jim Can’t Wait

Town manager Jim Magilton says he can’t wait for when the new season kicks off against Crystal Palace next month.

Jim: “The group has been upbeat and positive and the lads have applied themselves very well, we have been doing some tough work, but the purpose is to pull everyone together and form bonds.

 

“I have been delighted with the way pre-season has gone so far and we're now getting to the point where we are starting to look forward to the Palace game.

 

“That is going to be an emotional day for me personally as it will be my first League match at Portman Road as manager. As everyone knows, Ipswich is a special club and I expect that to be a special day.”
