The following information is from the last Financial Report that is held at Companies House. The date on the report is 30th June 2000 and so many of the records might and probably will be out of date. There are 1,500,000 equity shares in Halifax Town which have a price of 50p each. In the year 2000, there were 1,176,392 fully paid shares which means there were 323,608 shares still available. In the Related Parties section, the following information is explained: During the year, Mr SJ Brown, in his capacity as a self-employed trader, under the name of Westgrove Street P.I. & C., provided rented premises/accommodation for Halifax Town Association Football Club Limited. Such services were provided on normal commercial terms. The company received £17,404 for the years transactions. Also during this year, Panelle Limited, a company in which SJ Brown was a director until his resignation in Febuary 1999, provided specialist building materials and joinery work in the ordinary course of business, on normal commercial terms. The company received £25,996 for the years transactions. The following table is a list of the main shareholders at the time of the report:
If you are a Carol Vorderman and you are good at maths, you will notice that David Greenwood at the time of this report was not the majority Shareholder, which gives him no extra power than the other Shareholders. But, the thing that concerns most people is that he is/was 7,484 shares short of having the majority. With him being good friends with Jim Brown, together between the two of them they could cause a lot of damage between themselves. For the record, the next accounts are due or should I say overdue because the date they were supposed to be due were 30th of April 2002. |
