Blues went down to new league leaders Coventry on a wet and windy day when running rugby was tricky to say the least. The visitors managed the conditions very well and ran out worthy 34-19 winndrs in front of a sell-out Goldington Road.
The fact that all three Blues tries came from driving mauls sums up the conditions.
Two came from Cameron King and the other from a penalty try, while Cov managed a bonus point courtesy of two from hooker Poole, fly-half Pellegrini and winger Hutler.
It leaves Blues in fourth place just behind Doncaster who are next up on January 20th.
