The Championship Cup continues with the vsit of Coventry for a Friday night game under lights. 

Seven changes in all from last week with Dean Adamson fit agaion and Tom Litchfield making his first start of the season.

Ethan Grayson and Will Maisey also return ain te backs nd up fronn Jack Hughes and Corrie Barrett return.

New face on the bench in the shape of  Aston Gradwick-Light who is a promising hooker  on loan from Saints.
