Dorrian

Whether the six try 6-39 defeat at the hands of play-off rivals Bristol will mean anything in the long run will soon be revealed.

It has to be said that Bristol will be absoultely delighted to get the first blow in.

They beat a much changed Blues team with some ease with Myles Dorrian getting our two first half penalties - scant consolation for a big three thousand plus crowd.

So Bristol have put down a big marker. Will they return next Sunday with a false sense of security? Will the Blues players rested for this one return with enough vigour to give us something to defend in the second leg?

Who will laugh last?

Roll on next Sunday, a different day, a different team, a different game....!

I don't doubt it will be a very different performance on Sunday. Bristol like to play a very structured game, and blues play in completely the opposite style, sometimes it comes off sometimes it doesn't, if it works it is hugely entertaining.
Fingers crossed.
