Mike Rayer has his first league victory under his belt - now he needs to add a first away victory...
Nottingham will provide a wonderful chance to do just that and really get our confidence soaring.
The home side have won only one game so far this when they surprisingly triumphed 24-16 over Leeds on the very first day of the season. Since then their efforts have been much the same as ours ... not amounting to much.
Having watched the Sky recording of the Ealing game mopre than once you realise just how different the game looks on the box. It goes without saying that it lacked the quality of Premiership games, but both sides came out with great credit in terms of application and providing a see-saw game which had us losing at half time only to come back for a bonus point win.
Ealing more than played their part and one wouldn't be surprised if they started to put some wins togeteher - specially at home.
Of course, the Sky coverage will be poured over by Notts this week - such is the penalty of fame. No doubt they will taget our line-out as being a weakness so let's hope we are putting plenty of work on the set piece as well as in making our first tackles count.
