TownFans.co.uk makes extensive use of user generated content in order to enhance the experience of our users. 

User generated content includes, but is not limited to articles, photos, videos along with our Message Board and ability to comment on news articles as well as on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

General Policy
Throughout TownFans.co.uk there are several functions which allow our users to submit their own content. By visiting such areas you understand and agree that the inclusion of such content does not signify an endorsement from TownFans.co.uk itself and we can not take esponsibility for it's text which is submitted through these functions. 

Although the administrators and moderators of TownFans.co.uk will attempt to keep all objectionable messages and content  off the site it is impossible for us to review all messages. Such content does not necessarily reflect the opinion of individual writers or TownFans.co.uk as a whole and the poster takes full responsability for submitted content.

You agree that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, defamatory, abusive or otherwise violative of any laws and that we reserve the right to remove or edit any discussion or post at any time for any reason should we deem it be required to do so.

If we feel that a user is using our community based features for their own personal gain or causing disruption to other members or repeatedly breaks our site ethos, we reserve the right, without notice to withdraw access from such features on a temporary or a permenant basis. In exceptional cases we reserve the right to issue a full site ban or involve third parties where necessary.

We record all IP addresses on the Message Board and News Comments which may be required by the authorities in case of defamatory or abusive comment. We will monitor the boards at regular intervals but will not discuss moderation decisions through the boards.

Use of Copyrighted Content
TownFans.co.uk has acquired a photo license that allows us to display Ipswich Town FC photos on the main website for editorial and feature articles only. No match photos or match videos should be posted on the message board that are taken at Football League grounds for copyright reasons. Photos and Videos that are taken outside grounds or at non-league grounds which are your own work are permitted.

From time to time users may find content on other websites which they may believe our users would find interesting. We would ask that such content is not simply copied and pasted onto our site, but instead a link is given to the website of where the content is featured, with a maximum of one paragraph from such article posted on our website. If materiel is ripped from other sources without a link to the original work, the post will be deleted without notice.
