Sammy Ameobi Injury To Force Him Out Of Europa Game

Newcastle United striker Sammy Ameobi will miss out on Thursday's Europa League game against Metalist Kharkiv after picking up a hamstring injury in training on Monday. The 20 year old played in five of the six group games earlier in the competition, but despite having treatment he is looking increasinly unlikely to be fit. Newcastle host Metalist, who draw 1-1 in a friendly with Whitley Bay on Sunday evening, before travelling to the Ukraine for the return fixture on Thursday 21st February.

"Good"? Bit harsh considering we're a bit light up front where he may be able to contribute.

He's still got a long way to go before he's up to a Premier League standard like, but without competitive experience he's not going to get close.

not sure if he'd of got in the team anyway but no doubt would have been on the bench!

I can see the team being something similar to this;
