Europa Team Line-ups - Newcastle Utd v Atromitos (A)

Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has made nine changes to the team for tonights game against Greek side Atromitos at the Peristeri Stadium. Only Papiss Cisse and James Perch stay in the side which kick started the Premier League campaign at the weekend. Ba, Tiote and Coloccini are all rested.

ATROMITOS

Itandje, Skondras, Giannoulis, Lazaridis, Fytanidis, Iglesias, Dimoutsos, Brito, Beljic, Epstein, Kuqi.

Substitutes

Radman, Karamanos, Taylaridis, Gacia, Chumbinho, Nastos,  Karagounis.

NEWCASTLE UNITED

Harper, Tavernier, Perch, Williamson, R Taylor, Bigirimana, Anita, Obertan, Gosling, Marveaux, Cisse.

Substitutes

Krul, Santon, S Taylor, Cabaye, Gutierrez,  Amalfitano, Campbell.

we need to see cabaye or amalfitano on in the second half, anita and biryani are far too deep and Gosling is rubbish!

Solid result-the away goal means they can't win with a 0-0 @ SJP. When they attack we should be able to do some damage...assuming we have a somewhat stronger squad.

Good to return to Europe!

It'll be the same squad if not a weaker one for the return leg, we weren't great but with Gosling on the pitch we were playing with 10 men for long periods in the first half, to be fair he did improve in the second half!

Given current injuries I'm not sure how the squad could be much weaker.

Well atleast the match this time is on TV.

I think the team will roughly be the same, I would like to see Campbell get a run out
