Gorkks to QPR?

The Ghost!

Well once again the morning papers are running transfer lines about Kaspars Gorkss. This time the daily mail and numerous websites are reporting that QPR have signed defender Kaspars Gorkss for £250,000 as a replacement for another exseasider Danny Shittu.

This the first time it has been claimed a deal has been done and the fans at QPR appear to have known of the possibility of him joining for quite a while. With some fans already celebrating the capture.

However as with all news, including that reported here, until it's on the football clubs websites it can't be considered a 100% done deal and with a new contract rumoured to be on the cards for Gorkss, I'm hopeful we might see him running around in our tangerine shirt again. Although recent off the field exploits might make Larry more inclined to let him go.

He's a gonna, this news has travelled far and wide. Shame really, why the f*ck did we put a clause in the contract of an unknown Latvian? suicidal move Oyston.

We are losing too many players through these types of clauses. Peter Clarke was the beginning.

We havent lost them yet. But your right, it's looking likely.

I guess Larry will have to talent spot again & then we'll have other clubs take our players once they are proven AGAIN!

I know Oyston has a part to play but surely Larry being the manager will not leave himself short? Lets face it, everyone has near enough named our whole entire team to be leaving!

It would be sad to see him moving to QPR. Thanks to him BFC is quite popular in Latvia.

But that may have something to do with the fact that Belokon is Blackpool as well.

Anyway, he might not be off. QPR's approach is apparently illegal. We could end up keeping Wes and Kaspars on technicallities, so hats off to Oyston, he has kept them, for now.
