Missed Opportunity

No Try - Sadly

Gloucester were the form team going into the big game at HQ but there was no sign of it as they crashed 38-19 to Quins. As a result their top four fate is now very much out of their hands with two games to go.

Gloucs are in sixth three points adrift of Sale who hold that final play-off place.

Cherry and White supporters had been confident as they sped along the M4 following last week's 13 try win over the Chiefs. Marcus Smith and his boys hadn't rread that script.

Quins started off like a train securing the try bonus point in the first half - Cadan Murley going through a massive gap in midfield and getting another befiore the break alongside Will Evans and Rodrigo Isgro.

Christian Wade showed his class to get one back. Santi Carreras also crossed and had another effort disdallowed, while Jack Cotgreave added a third.  That was it.
