Premiership rugby is back with a bang as Gloucs field two sides this weekend. First up is the League game against Saints at Kingsholm on Saturday (kick off 5.30) and then at Exeter on Sunday in the Premiership Cup (kick off 3.00).  

With respect to the mid-season fixture filler the league game is the most important. 

There's not too many changes with Jack Singleton coming in at hooker with Santiago Socino on the bench.  We will see Stephen Varney at scrum-half for the first time this season with Seb Atkinson making his league debut alongside Chris Harris in the centre..

Jonny May is free to return from England duties to take his place on the wing .

Saints arrive in 4th place on 24 points from 9 games. Gloucs have only played 8 and a five pointer would put them on 26 points. There's an incentive.
