It was a feisty affair at Rodney Parade as Gloucester cemented their Pool B second place and consigned the Drags to bottom spot - the Cherry and Whites now face Northampton Saints at Kingsholm in the last 16 . This Saturfday kick off 8.00 pm.

The hosts were fighting to qualify and were leading by 9 points  at half time courtesy of tries from  Taine Basham, Jared Rosser and Harrison Keddie. However, a hat trick for Santiago Socino and a try from Louis Rees-Zammit produced a well deserved 26-21 win.

The second half belonged to Gloucs with  Socino powering over for his second and the being driven iover by the pack for his third while his opposite number Elliot Dee was in the bin.

Billy Twelvetrees converted both.
