Interesting pairing at half back as  Ben Meehan makes his first start alongside Lloyd Evans in the team which kicks off the new season at Saints at the traditional Saturday afternoon time of 3.00 ..

Harry Elrington also has a big day in front of him as he starts in the front row alongside Jack Singleton and Fraser Balmain.

It's a strong looking pack led by Lewis Ludlow with Ben Morgan in the second row. Ruan Ackermann makesd it onto the bench.

Despite Louis Rees-Zammitt.s post_lions rest , the backs look potentially potent with a back three of Kyle Moyle, Jonny May and Ollie Thorley with Billy and Tom Seabrook at centre.

However,  it will be tough. Saints are over their recent problems and finished last season strongl;y.
