It's a season we will all remember for years to come - sadly for all the wrong reasons. Covid-19 has turned everything upside down and nothing it produces surprises anymore. However, it would have been good to get the game on at Saints and not to have had the five points awarded, which means we finish the season in 7th place and, at least, some European competition next season. 

Inevitably things aren't quite done and dusted as Saints are embroiled in a row with Premiership Rugby Director Phil Winstanley. He told BT Sport last night that Northampton could have got loan players to fulfil  the fixture. Saints say that was news to them - we'll take the "win."

The league table will show that we won 8 games and lost 14.

The reality, of course, is that we only won 7 and that ratio of success to failure muts be reversed when we start the 20-21 league season. Its scheduled for a start on Friday November 20th concluding on Saturday June 26th 2021. Let's all pray for that.
