Well we know why Gloucs are down there and, frankly, not too bothered about what's going on at the Gardens.

The epic against Chiefs demonstrated the frailties of the Cherry and Whites in not being able to put in a full 80- minutes performance - allied to an ability to shoot ourselves in both feet.

It was a great game and neutrals would say a 27-27 draw was abouht right. It even had Charlie Sharples crossing on his 200th appearance with tries also from the impressive Matt Scott and Ben Morgan.

However, we again let a lead slip and with less than a quarter of an hour left how many Premiership sides would have let 13 point lead go?

If the equalising try from the Chief's had been converted we would have been vastly unhappy to have come away with only a point.

David Humphreys was right when he said the first 60 minutes at Sandy Park was top notch. He seems as baffled as everyone else about why we can't close games out.
