Well that is a very strong Bath lineup, full of regular first team players. Will be interesting to see how we respond. I’ve just bought my match ticket, great weather forecast, looking forward to a great game. Hope to see a good number of Chiefs fans there!
I suppose I should wait to see our line up before trying to predict the score, although my performance to date suggests that it’ll make little difference…
Bath really going for this.
Their board seems to think that all results against Jersey will be scrubbed which will mean, if that happens, we are only 3 points ahead of them in the table!
Am pretty confident of a win......its going to be tight....
Will be an interesting match up, they have a good team on paper, but that’s been the case for ten years but apart from one season hasn’t proved on the pitch.
This coach may change that with shrewd signings, will go either way, will be interesting to see how the pack holds up, we are very mobile.
No injuries is all I care about, for both teams. We may just squeak it.
Using my usual metric of comparing the number of internationals in the respective squads it seems to be approx 11-3 in Barfs favour. I don’t think we can count on them underperforming as of old so it’s going to be an interesting battle, and probably indicative of where we will be this season overall.
Fear Bath will win with dominant possession and home advantage. On paper I think Bath's sub's especially their front row are much stronger than ours. Please no injuries or cards. I like Sarah Cox as a referee and hope she has a good game. Bath 38 Chiefs 20

I too think we could struggle up front, we have a lot of young players in the back five. Bath, on top of picking up the Worcester boys, have made some solid and exciting additions, I think they could well challenge for the league this year. With that in mind I'm going for Bath 34 Chiefs 15
It will be interesting to see if we adapt our game using the pace in our backline. Hope I'm hugely wrong in my prediction again!!!
As has been said elsewhere Bath have had a very decent squad of front line players for a number of years but they haven't produced the results on the pitch.
I expect them to be too strong today but I won't be surprised if our side surprises me.
I am not going but looking forward to seeing how we go. This will be our toughest test so far this season so it will give everyone a much better understanding of where we are with this new look side.
🤞
A bit of a mixed bag this week with some allowing hearts to rule heads. Big Chief Little Chief garnered 5 points with his 34 - 15 prediction. Table this week .....
