Well done to thestokecanon for getting the Chiefs' score correct and within a point of the Pirates' score, and also to Ex58 and ExeterFan for predicting the Chiefs' score. Honourable mentions to those of you who now have 5 points for predicting scores within 1 point of one team or the other.
You may note I've added a little extra jeopardy to previous years' competitions; should two or more players accumulate the same number of points, the player who does so by predicting the outcome of the fewer number of games will be ranked the higher. Not that, in reality, it makes a blind bit of difference since, as I found out last season, you get nothing but bragging rights if you win ............................ and don't forget, no-one likes a bragger
Just to add, Alain le Chief asked after the Bristol game how the points were awarded. I've noticed this week that should you predict a points difference the same as the actual score, you are awarded a bonus point, which ExTeddChief received this week (although you don't seem to get this if you predict the actual scores)!!?? Please don't blame me - our friends on the Saints forum (I believe) were kind enough to give us the scoring model and spreadsheet.
