Could be closer than we think, but ultimately I also believe we will only get an LBP. But with no relegation these players need to play, even if it is last man standing gets a shirt.
Had a change of heart re looking at team and listening to Mr Skinner chiefs 28- Our jam sweet toothed friends 22. But probably wrong but heart is quite strong with Chiefs, heads just thinking of the Ale.

Hmmmm...that Wasps squad don't look like mugs but I have more faith in that Chiefs lineup than most of you. Can't make this one myself but on our turf...come on...
I am looking forward to watching this game, and I think the result may surprise some people, ever the optimist, I predict a narrow win for the Chiefs. As long as they all put their best efforts into the game I will go home content. COME ON YOU CHIEFS !

25-20 Chiefs.
I wish I shared your confidence ExTedd! I'd be more than happy if we keep the score respectable and delighted if we picked up a point. Wasps look stronger in every area of the team. So i'm afraid its Chiefs 12 Wasps 34
So are we deploying Max Norey as a flanker now? I would love to see Aaron Hinkley get a run out if I’m honest. No disrespect to Max I’m sure he’ll be great, I just had high hopes for Hinkley.
If the rumours are true, and Hinckley is leaving, then Rob may be concentrating on blooding players that are staying. Norey may also have opted to transfer to the back row given the strong competition for the hooker position!
I'm not sure I can see us getting close - Chiefs 12 Wasps 31
Oh God, I hope I'm wrong.
I know it's what supporters of all teams complain about, but this really is a great example of why we shouldn't be playing PRL games during the international window. Ultimately, this and the salary cap is what will force teams to bring in cheaper foreign imports. I know the argument is that the pay-offs supposedly negate this but it's a bit late by that point in the season if you're already in 5th (or lower) place.
That looks like a pretty strong Wasps team compared to a fair degree of inexperience for Chiefs. But every Chief was inexperienced sometime before now. If they step up to the plate and perform, it could be closer than most seem to think. And those young guys have certainly have a great chance to steal the spotlight, Shickerling being a great recent example.
Unlucky with the timing - Wasps many key players back and fit. Hope for a gutsy performance but it is very difficult to see anything other than a big win for Wasps. Launchbury a maul destroyer and if match fit would be in the England squad. Odogwu and Barbeary a handful for us at full strength. Need to stay onside of Wayne Barnes at breakdown and scrum. We will learn a lot from this game. A losing bonus point would be a really good achievement. I felt Ricky Pellow in his pre-match subtly realistic. Chiefs 15 Wasps 42
Given Wasps' back row and centre partnership I'm afraid that we won't be able to hold this Wasps' side.
Mrs PC 15 - 24
PC 13 - 31
I fear the boys are in for a busy afternoon.
Considering everything ... Great performance, baring a brain f--t from Joe S! Had he taken 3 points instead of kicking for the corner, we'd have taken 5 instead of 2 and Pests would have left empty handed. Narrow margins.
Edit: Capstick had a great game! My MOM.
In Rob we trust.
By the way - cream on first. There's nothing to debate.

I know it's what supporters of all teams complain about, but this really is a great example of why we shouldn't be playing PRL games during the international window.
When do you want other players to get game time? Its the Lions tour that was going when we should have been playing preseason games that is the problem all for the benefit of 2 tries in three game.
It did make good sense when our foreign players from Oz played in the international window unlike Hogg etc.
I said in my earlier post that "As long as they all put their best efforts into the game I will go home content." ...........................Well, ignoring the result, and a couple of poor judgement calls, all of the Chiefs players did just that yesterday. Unfortunately results sometimes don't go your way, and as Lee Blackett said "the best team lost". WELL DONE CHIEFS !

Don’t know why the 6 Nations lasts 7 weeks with 2 rest weekends. Players play every week in the Premiership so why get 2 weeks off. Kick out Italy and make it 5 teams and cut out a further week.
