Both players and supporters take a rest whilst the LV=Cup concludes
Heel Kicking Time
No it's not a reference to fowl play, just the frustration of not being able to watch the Chiefs whilst the season is still underway!
Both players and supporters get to take a rest while the LV=Cup concludes and I'm not sure how beneficial it will be. A few of The Tribe can give their vocal chords a rest whilst ensuring they get sufficient lubrication and the players get to play with Land Rovers and try some alternative sports. Given the season so far I think on balance it's a good thing that some of the guys get to repair bruised and battered bodies. They aren't lacking in confidence following the last two results and should come back with renewed vigour and finish the season in style. 5 from 5 would be great.
Moorsman, Just rewatched the Quins game to tide me over, and it's still a great win against the league leaders. As Rob would say, "not the perfect performance", but what a magnificent team effort. And the beauty of it is, there's still more to come, particularly with a number of big game players due to be available for selection post recovery from injury
It's a taste of what we'll have in the summer, but at least then you have better weather to enjoy it with the family.
My next home game is Glaws, and my next live rugby fix is Wuss, not to good for the season ticket, but have renewed in hope.
I think if we can win the remaining league games it would put us in the HC cup again but its not going to be easy! But I think we can do it #letsupporttheteam&chopthemtothehccup
