Regular users of the Unofficial Chiefs site will be aware of the proposed Chiefs programme on Gemini fm. To move this forward and also see how the 'unofficial site' might develop, we will be holding a meeting. This will be in the Supporters bar after the Moseley match on January 5th.

Regular users of the Unofficial Chiefs site will be aware of the proposed Chiefs programme on Gemini fm.  To move this forward and also see how the 'unofficial site' might develop, we will be holding a meeting.  This will be in the Supporters bar after the Moseley match on January 5th.

The link with Gemini is a great chance to promote Exeter Chiefs from the supporters point of view and both Charlie and Gareth are keen to see this happen.

I've also been thinking about the 'Unofficial Chiefs' site and want to get away from the 'unofficial' tag.  I don't want a direct link with the Offy Site as I think it's important to have an independent voice.  But I do want to move away from the tag as there is clearly nothing 'unofficial' about our support.  With this in mind I have registered a new web address www.TheChiefsTribe.com and want to re-launch the site around this.  If we do get to sponsor a player then "sponsored by The Chiefs Tribe" will sound better than "sponsored by the unoffical Chiefs".  So I'm looking for some suggestions for the site name, message boards etc.  I was thinking along the lines of 'The Tribes Voice' and want to develop a Native American Indian theme.

All who are interested are welcome but if you can't make and have ideas please e-mail them to moorsman@btinternet.com and I'll make sure they are heard.

this is a great idea, like the fact of moving away from "unofficial" tag. Think it will give the site more credibility amongst those from the offy site!!

And keep us independent to boot.

Feel this and the show on Gemini will be an exciting development and up the profile of the club the site and Gemini!!

As you will see I've adopted a new title for the site and started the move away from the unofficial 'tag'. Join us after the Mose game if you'd like to be involved or have ideas for the Gemini link.
