Tony Smith said in a interview after the game at Belle Vue that he was pleased with his sides performance, but fans are disagreeing with him

Tony's Pleased, But The Fans Aren't!

After quite a while with no updates on LeedsRugby.com (official website), the club finally update it with a match report on the tight clash against Wakefield, and a quote from Tony Smith;

 "I thought both teams played some great stuff and it's not doom and gloom because we didn't do well in the second half. We showed we had determination and when the momentum gets going from a side then it's hard to stop it. To come away at the end with more points takes some doing and sometimes you need to rest some players. That comes down to each given game and if they need a rest then they will get a rest."

Many of the fans are calling for Tony Smith's head after the recent dip of form, but the man in charge seems to still be confident for the season ahead. Fans seem to be most worried about the 2nd half fitness of the Rhinos. It was clear in the game against Wakey that the lads seemed sloppy in passes and in the play of the ball. We were favorites to be Super League Champions this year, but some fans are at the seem to be expecting too much from the team. Look on the bright side, we have more points than the Super League Champions and the World Club Champions..is it all that bad?
