The Gills travel to Valley Parade Saturday to face Bradford City. The Bantams have had an identical start to the season as Gills with one victory and one defeat. Bradford lost their opening fixture by one goal to nothing against Forest at The City Ground. But then won their first home game 2.1 over Bristol City - identical results for the opening games.

The Gills go into their second away game of the new season off of a 1 goal defeat to Brighton at the Withdean stadium. Ronnie blamed the defeat on poor finishing in front of goal but the Gills will hope to fix that problem with their strength upfront. McDonald, Mulligan and 'Dave' are all capable of finding the net, and can be a right handful for defenders.

The Gills once again go into the game injury-free, and shall be well up for the trip to Valley Parade. Gillingham lost this fixture last year by a single goal to nil, that goal coming very late on by Cooke - just when the Gills thought that they had done enough to earn themselves a draw.

The Bantams go into their home tie against Gillingham with two injuryies and one suspension. and will look to build on their previous home victory over Bristol Cty. The Bantams won 2.1, with goals coming from David Graham and a fine free kick from veteran Dean Windass. The two match winning goals though had come between a gap of 20 seconds. Dean Windass had originally equalised for Bradford after Murray's scoring just two minutes into the game. But then 20 seconds after the restart after Windass' goal, Graham gave Bradford the lead.

Eddie Johnson and Craig Bentham are both doubts for the visit of the Gills. Johnson is suffering with an ankle injury and Bentham is doubtful with a knee injury.

JEPSON ON HIS SIDES OPPOSITION: "Bradford are a good side. They beat Bristol City the other night and we know it's going to be tough. If we play like we did at Brighton hopefully we can get a result. If we can get something out of these two away games it will be a bonus."
