End of season supporters and players lunch

After the success of last seasons Luncheon, a repeat event is arranged for Sunday 26 April 2008.

LUNCHEON
SUNDAY 26 APRIL 2009.


After the success of last seasons Luncheon, a repeat event is arranged for Sunday 26 April 2008. 
The aim of the Luncheon is to finish off the season with a “Social Gathering” for Members/ Supporters & Players,
allowing the supporters the opportunity to show their appreciation to the teams for the effort & hard work put in throughout the season.

Cowlin Marquee

Smart casual (with a touch of Albion)

12-30 PM for 13-30 PM (Seated)

COST: Members & Supporters £15 (Over 16 years)

AFTER DINNER EVENTS:
 
Free ticket draw: 200 Club Monthly Cash Draw: Knock out Bingo!

PRESENTATION & AWARDS:
Mike Turner Award-Promising Young Player:
Unofficial Web Site Player of the year:
Club Player of the Year

Players will be seated with supporters on tables of ten.
 (Max 2 players per Table so tables are sold with 8 supporters).
 The seating plan will be organised by Vince and Frank. 
Seating arrangements will be published once names and numbers have been confirmed.
Please Note: Admittance is by Pre purchased tickets only.
Seating is limited to 220.
Therefore it is an over 16s function.

For all those who haven't yet read their private messages, about 50%, and for those of us who haven't yet made up their minds may I remind you that the lunch on the 26th. April will be similar to that which is provided for the corporate meals, in that there are three courses to be had with a carvery for the main course and that anybody who is a vegatarian will be catered for with prior notice, excellent value for the money I'm sure you will agree, and of course a great opportunity to meet the players whilst having your lunch.

You can obtain your tickets from myself at the Bedford game. I will be in the Ryearch and around the ground later in the afternoon or of course from Vince Jones at the club shop/ the ground on the same day.
