Everton go to Craven Cottage on Saturday looking for their first result away at Fulham since they came up to the Premiership having lost all 4 visits to Fulham. Though Everton are likely to be without record signing James Beattie for the trip to West London as he is still doubtful with the toe injury that has kept him out of the trips to Bolton and Villarreal. Beattie will travel with the squad but is unlikely to feature.

New signing Matteo Ferrari was signed in time to feature in the game but Everton are still waiting for clearance from the Italian FA to allow Ferrari to make his debut. If he is given the clearance he may well slot in at left back in place of the injured Alessandro Pistone.
