Recent signing Daniel Braaten is out to make a good impression on the Bolton Wanderers supporters after completing his £425,000 move from Norwegian champions Rosenborg late last week.
The 25-year old became Sammy Lee's eleventh new addition of the summer his arrival is likely to see the Wanderers revert back to the free flowing football they produced under the Bruce Rioch and Colin Todd managerial regimes.
Braaten has a big reputation in his native Norway for being a flair player and whilst he accepts that he may have to bide his time to get a regular opportunity, he beleives he can win his new employers over.
"It'll be tough to get some playing time initially, but I will try my best, I have always wanted to play in the Premier League and this is a great chance for me. Bolton are a good team and have ambitions." said Braaten to Wanderers TV
Many question whether Braaten is fully over a groin strain that has troubled him for the past couple of years but the player himself feels no ill effects from the injury.
"I've had one or two setbacks in the past but I seem to be on the right course now," added the Scandinavian
Both Braaten and Christian Wilhelmsson are unlikely to feature in Saturday's home game against Newcastle United but they could play some part in next weeks away trip to Fulham.
