Andranik Teimourian and Ali Al-Habsi will miss Bolton's tour of South Korea next month as they are required to play for their respective countries in the Asia Cup tournament in Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.
The Asia Cup is held every four years and midfield ace Teimourian is required by Iran to play in their matches against Uzbekistan, China and Malaysia in mid-July, this clashing with the Wanderers participation in the pre-season Peace Cup event .
By the same token, goalkeeper and former Arab player of the year Al-Habsi is required by Oman to play in the same tournament which was last held in 2004 and won by a Japan side featuring ex-Wanderers star Hidetoshi Nakata.
