Mixed News On Injury Front

Quinton Fortune is back on the Bolton Wanderers treatment table after he was ruled out of last night's Carling Cup defeat against Charlton Athletic with an ankle injury. The South African is also likely to miss the chance to come up against his former club Manchester United this weekend as Wanderers look to continue their excellent league form.

Nicolas Anelka, Abdoulaye Faye and El-Hadji Diouf have all been carrying slight knocks this week but all three are expected to be okay to resume action at the weekend.

In better news for Wanderers the Danish utility player Henrik Pedersen made a return to action in last night's match after almost six weeks on the sidelines with a troublesome achilles problem.
