Danny Murphy Signs New Anfield Deal

England International Danny Murphy has signed a new 5 year contract with the Anfield Club. Murphy who has been on excellent form this season for the reds signs the new deal before he heads off to Dubai with the England squad.

International Danny Murphy has signed a new Contract with Liverpool.
Murphy
who said he had no "hesitation" in signing a new deal at Anfield
which will run for 5 years.
The
Liverpool star was on stand-by for the England World Cup sqaud but will
now go to the World Cup becuase of Injuries to Steven Gerrard and Kieron
Dyer.
He
said: "I had no hesitation in signing when the club offered me a
new deal.
"Liverpool
are a team going places and I want to be part of that.
"I
had a few problems in my first two years at Anfield after moving from
Crewe but that is all behind me now.
"I'm
thrilled to be going to the World Cup but it's a shame it's at somebody
else's expense."
