Rangers and Celtic both won 3-0 this afternoon, leaving the Hoops two points clear at the top, while Hearts won the Edinburgh Derby.

Celtic swept aside Dunfermline at East End Park thanks to goals from Stokes, Wanyama and Mulgrew.

Anthony Stokes opened the scoring when he fired in a stylish strike from 18 yards to open the scoring for Celtic on 18 minutes. Stokes scored from the edge of the Dunfermline penalty area, lobbing the ball into the top right-hand corner of the net.

Five minutes before the interval, Victor Wanyama volleyed in a Charlie Mulgrew free-kick at the back post. Mulgrew turned scorer in the 69th minute with a curling free-kick that evaded Pars keeper Chris Smith to seal the win.

At Ibrox Rangers swept aside a lack lustre Motherwell side, a David Healy goal just before half time helped set up the victory. The Northern Irishman scoring at the near post from a Maurice Edu cross.

Rangers doubled their lead only ten minutes after the re-start, excellent build up play from Davis and Fleck set up Aluko to strike home from the edge of the box. They sealed the win when Craigan smashed a Wallace cross into his own net.

This was a straight forward win for the Champions despite missing their top scorer Jelavic who has been linked with a move away from Glasgow. The official reason he was left out was a groin strain, but we will see what happens in the next few days.

At Easter Rd, Hearts moved to fourth place with a win over local rivals Hibs.

Hibs keeper Graham Stack saved an Ian Black penalty just before the break, and only received a yellow for the foul when he may have deserved a red.

Hearts opened the scoring when the goalkeeper denied Webster on 58 minutes but Ryan McGowan headed in on the rebound only for Marius Zaliukas to score in his own net seconds later.

Andy Webster's low drive restored Hearts' lead with seven minutes left and substitute Rudi Skacel blasted another on the break in stoppage time.

This is the fourth straight win for Hearts and has seen them move into fourth only two points off third placed Motherwell.
