Hibs track Walsall target

Hibernian have been linked with a move for Walsall target Luke Rodgers. The Birmingham born front man is a free agent. New Page 1

Rodgers is said to be our number 2 choice should we fail to secure the signature of top summer target Julian Joachim. Rodgers has a decent goal scoring record in the lower divisions and it's easy to see why Merse see's him as a good alternative to JJ. 

Should Hibs table a bid for the pacy front man, it is unlikely that we'd be able to match what they can offer. This move is said to hinge on the future of their hot shot forward Riordan who is being linked with a move to one of the old firm giants.
