The newly updated squad list on the Leeds website does not include Julian Joachim and he hasn't been given a squad number. This would suggest that Leeds may be about to release the sriker.

Joachims 6 goals in 8 games established him as one of our top transfer targets for the new season.

This  may be the first small step on the way to him eventually being released by Leeds.

Kevin Blackwell, The Leeds manager has already told Walsall that if they want Joachim they must be prepared to pay part of his wages, and from what we understand - Joachim has a year left on his contract and if he wish's to leave - he must accept reach some kind of mutual termination agreement.
