Walsall legend Jimmy Walker has booked a trip to the Championship Play Off Final.
Despite an awkward performance in the first game, Jimmy kept his place for tonight's return leg and helped see the Hammers through to the final.
The Hammers ran out two goal winners on the night, winning the tie 4-2 on aggregate.
West Ham now await the winner of the Derby - Preston Semi Final.
