Jameson shown the door

Midfielder Nathan Jameson has been released. He becomes first of Merson’s “Bescot Babes” to be shown the door.
Nathan Jameson has left the club by mutual consent. The Teeside born youngster was yet to make a first team appearance and was out on loan at Bromsgrove Rovers.

Jamerson was one of several youth team players signed this summer. He was getting rave reviews from the Bromsgrove staff and this move comes as a shock to anyone who had seen Jameson play at Reserve or Youth team level.

Jameson was a box-to-box midfielder whose style was similar to Bjarni Larruson.
