Everyone expected admission prices to rise had we stayed in the first division, but relegation seems to havemade little difference as the club plans it's way back. The official site has announced details of season-ticket and matchday admission prices for the 2004/2005 season.
There was a response from Paul Merson:-
"If our supporters can create the same atmosphere next season as they did in the Rotherham match, and if they can maintain that same passion and commitment, then visiting teams are not going to look forward to coming to Bescot Stadium next season," he said. "All I will promise is that everyone at Bescot Stadium will be working very hard to get back into the first division. We will be looking to entertain, but I also want us to be competitive. In other words I want us to be winners. I have received great support and encouragement in recent weeks and I would now say to our supporters, please get behind the club, buy your season-tickets in large numbers, and join me in a crusade that leads back to Division One."

Saddlers Commercial Director, Roy Whalley commented: "There have been increases in both season-ticket and matchday admission prices for next season. We hope that supporters will understand the necessity of these increases. It is not our intention to hang around in the second division. We want to win back our first division status at the first time of asking, and to do this prices have to be set at realistic levels if we are to compete effectively."

The new season-ticket rates are, as follows:
H. L. Fellows Stand Adult £315.00, Concession £231.00.
Banks’s Stand Family Ticket (1 Adult / 1 Junior) £357.00, Adult £315.00, Additional Junior for Family Ticket £105.00, Junior £168.00, Senior Citizens £210.00.
Spectators with disabilities - Disabled £210.00 – Carer £231.00.

Purple Stand Middle and Upper Tier Family Ticket (1 Adult/1Junior) £378.00, Adult £315.00, Additional Junior for Family Ticket £105.00, Junior £210.00, Senior Citizen £210.00.
Swifts Executive Club Membership for all home League, Cup and Friendly games is £600.00 plus VAT.
Executive Boxes Exclusive use for all home League, Cup and Friendly games - £6750.00 plus VAT.
Season-tickets will go on sale from 9.00am on Monday, May 17th, from the Bescot Stadium Ticket Office and The Football Shop in Walsall Town Centre. Payment can be by cash, cheque or credit card. Credit card applications carry a fee of £2.00 per season-ticket.
Existing season-ticket holders have until June 12th 2004 to reserve their existing seats. Season-tickets can be purchased by 12 monthly instalments. Direct debit applications must be received by July 2nd 2004. New applications for Family season-tickets in the Purple Stand Middle and Upper Tiers available for Blocks NM1, NM2, NM6, NU1, NU6, NU7 only. Proof of age will be required when purchasing junior, family and senior citizen tickets. In past seasons no charge had been included for the junior component of the Family Ticket.
