A Statement by Owner Jeff Bonser is sure to get chins wagging. He has given his views on the current situation and the weeks ahead.

The main points in the statement were

- Our survival is in "our own hands"
- Only disunity can stop us.
-  Fans support is crucial in the fight.
-  Fans need to be the 12th man.
- We can expect a couple of new faces to strengthen the team

Everyone at the Club appears to be talking a good game.....

Jorge Leitao has told the press...."We need to win this (Wimbledon) game and the only thing the players have in mind is winning." While Vinny Samways has said he is "100% Confident" and that "With the players we've got we'll get out of trouble,"

Colin Lee has praised the team spirit while Simon Osborn has heaped praise on the team for its performances with the current injury problems.
