The Saddlers are bringing in a new signing - behind the scenes. Colin Lee has found Kevin O'Leary's successor.
Jon Whitley is the man who will fill Kevin's shoes when he leaves for New Zealand on December 13th. Whitley is only 32 years old and played for Hull, Huddersfield and Lincoln during his playing career.
Lee told the official site...
"Jonathan is young and enthusiastic, he has had a long-standing interest in the physiotherapy side of the game and has developed his interest over the years, gaining plenty of understanding and picking up knowledge during his 13 years as a professional footballer."
He spent 13 years as a pro-footballer, but followed up his interest in Physiotherapy and went on to get an FA Diploma in the treatment and management of injuries, and is currently studying for his Physiotherapy degree.
