Colin Lee has finnally realised what the problem is. we need to be mentally tougher and withstand the pressure.

Colin Lee has told the Evening Mail 

"We've got to be mentally tougher and withstand the pressure. We just couldn't get out and stop the waves of attacks, but away from home you are going to come up against teams in your face and you have to deal with that."

"We have to value possession more and play our own game. Our passing wasn't good enough. We had too many swipes at the ball or put it in the stands instead of passing it properly."

"We need to find a way of making us more resilient at the back without affecting out forward play."

This has been what we have lacking / needing all season. That hunger to battle for points is what clubs at the bottom of the table need, and as the jury is still out regarding as to whether  we are going to be battling against relegation this season we need to install some consistency and substance in to our play.
