Leave the M6 junction for Coventry North and East. Leave the M6, after a mile or so, on the A444 junction. This is the new road that takes you into town and joins the bottom of Foleshill Road at the Courtaulds factory. Turn right here towards the City Centre and junction 1 of the Inner Ring Road. Leave at the next exit and follow the tortuous route to Bell Green/Hillfields. Straight across the lights at McGuigan's and up the hill through Hillfields high street. Straight over the mini roundabout, down the hill and look for somewhere to park. Walk through the small rec and you'll be on Thackall Street.

It's a 2 mile walk to the stadium from the train station. Follow the signposts from the station to the City Centre. Emerge from the well-appointed underpass and follow the path. Go quickly passed the Flanker and Firkin and turn left when you reach the Plod Station. Up here, then bear right when you come to the gothic Council House. Down the road until you reach the large junction. The Colin Campbell is on the right. The top of this street joins the Sky Blue Way and the ground is a couple of hundred yards from here. Just follow the crowds, taking care not to end up at Tesco's.

Team News

The Sky Blues have ex-Saddler Gavin Ward out long term. They have a new attack from last season with the likes of Dele Adebola, Andy Morell, Patrik Suffo, Graham Barrett and Claus Jorgensen all set to make their league debuts.

Jamie Lawrence is the only Saddler to definately miss the game. Danny Hay should recover from a facial injury after missing the game against Carlisle on Tuesday night.

One's to Watch.

Paul Merson has scored 3 goals in 2 games and is on fire. He can change the game so easily and his presence on the pitch is raising the other players game.

Claus Jorgensen is a real threat from midfiled. He scored 9 goals last season in a struggling Bradford side and his attacking play will cause the Walsall defence problems.
