The Sunday papers are linking Walsall with a move for Adi Akinbiyi. Colin Lee is believed to be keen on a season long loan deal.

The News of the World is reporting that Colin Lee wants to negotiate a season long loan deal to take Adi Akinbiyi to the Bescot. 

The Eagles did allow him to spend time at Stoke last season, and the chance to play for the man who got the best out of him at Wolves would be one he would relish.

Lee spoke with the players agent in June (according to the E&S), but any permanent deal was ruled out because the Saddlers would not pay a fee. 

A loan deal would suit both clubs, because Palace could free up some finance, while it would solve Walsall's problems up front.
