Target Identified

 

TheSaddlersFC can exclusively reveal that Scottish midfielder Michael Stewart is at the top of Colin Lee's  wish list. Lee will be making a bid to take the player on a season long loan deal within the next couple of weeks. 

Our sources suggest that Lee will make a move for Stewart as soon as he knows more about the targets he has been meeting with over the weekend.  Lee is playing his cards close to his chest when it comes to his discussions over the weekend, but the news of Stewart.

The player appeared just 4 times last season, featuring in the 2-1 win at Liverpool, the League Cup victory over Burnley, United's 4-1 win over Pompey and 2-0 defeat against Deportivo La Coruna (When United had already qualified.

He has already had a spell in Belgium with Antwerp, and hopefully Fergie believes his time will be best spent playing first team football next season, rather than sitting in the reserves.
