From Worthington to Carling

Jimmy Walker has spoken about this seasons Carling Cup and has high hopes for the Saddlers...

"Last season in the Worthington Cup we were unlucky to lose on penalties at Blackburn. But we haven't done particularly well in it for the last few years and it would be good to put that right,"

Teams from the lower regions of the football league have failed to trouble the Saddlers during the last couple of seasons, but the Cumbrians have always given the Saddlers a good game,
